Trouble??

Last night we went to the Uplift Monroe County thing that Rick Burgess from "Rick and Bubba" spoke at here at the high school. He did a great job uplifting my spirit. I wasn't too worried about the fact that neither one of us have jobs at the moment and we are trying to pay all of our bills on unemployment (not doing a good job, by the way) and then today I get a thing in the mail from Unemployment saying that my previous employer is saying that they didn't let me go until the 31st of May last year instead of the 23rd like I told them. They are saying this because I got my last check on the 31st from the week that I was employed. I am just wanting to pull my hair out at the moment. My unemployment will be suspended on the 25th while they look at my case. Meaning less money coming in and more bills being due for the month of May!! and then June!! UGH!! I need so much prayer right now it's not even funny!! I am afraid that next month we are going to loose our cars. :0( It is getting really bad. Chris is putting in applications anywhere he can think of and I am trying. I may have to go start putting in at places that I didn't previously want to. Gotta do what we gotta do!! Well have a good weekend!! And if anyone has any extra money....let me know and I can assure you I have someone you can give it to!! LOL

Ok...I know I'm a little retarded for putting these pictures on here for the world to see if they want...but I think I have FINALLY realized that I do look different. I was helping Mom take the pictures off of her camera this afternoon and there were some pictures of me on there from June of last year and I almost fell out!! I can't believe that was me and I can't believe that no one told me that I was too fat!!! Don't get me wrong...I know I'm still fat but just a little less fat now than I was. Ok...I'm gonna stop saying fat now. LOL

I went for another job interview with WoodForest. I haven't heard anything yet. They told me to forget that the other interview and email happened. ha! Who knows what will come of this...we will see.

Still praying that one of us will get employed soon!!

When I checked my email a few minutes ago this is what was in my inbox. I just wish that they would have had the decency to call me to tell me this instead of emailing me. ha! God works in mysterious ways and I guess this is my sign that I do not need to work. I need to stay at home with my baby and take care of him and God will take care of me. I am at peace with it. It takes a whole lot off my mind. It's just kinda weird that they didn't call. Oh well!! Hopefully Chris will find a job soon. His unemployment was not paid this week. He is trying to call his previous employer to make sure that they aren't saying that he was still active on their payroll. Even if he does have leave days left he doesn't get paid for them. Ya know? There is no need in letting him still be active on it unless they are going to pay him for the leave. He hasn't worked since the 9th of April, which means no pay since then!! UGH!!

Do I make things tough?

This is what I have been wondering all day....Do I make things harder on myself than they need to be? I am debating on whether or not I need to get a job. Chris has lost his job...we don't know if he is going to get unemployment yet....we don't know if he is going to get another job...and I have the opportunity to possibly get a job in the bank in Walmart. I don't have the job yet and that is why I think I am worrying myself sick about it before I even know anything. I do sometimes miss working but I know that I will have to find someone to pick up Zach after school and to keep him during the summer if I have a job. I have prayed about it and I know that if I do get it then it is God's will. Of course, if Chris doesnt' get a job and I don't get a job we are going to be in some serious financial trouble!! More so than we are now!! So, I just need to quit whining about it and know that what comes of it is what is meant to be. Am I making any sense? LOL

On a happier note. I have now lost 120 lbs!! :0) I was beginning to think that I wasn't going to be able to lose anymore weight. I know it is coming off slower now than it was in the beginning but it is frustrating just the same. I still think that I look the same...although losts of people tell me that I look different. I get a little flustered when people tell me how good I look now. I know I looked horrible before...sorry that you had to see me like that. LOL

Yes I am still obsessed with Twilight!! I have watched it so many times and Zach loves it too!! LOL He watches it with me everytime I watch it. :0) WE can't wait till November when the new one comes out!! hehe It is just so nice sometimes to just sit and lose myself in that movie...I know that my husband loves me with all his heart but it just seems different on screen!! I know, it's only a movie!! Let me dream please!!

Well...continue to pray for us because we need all the prayer we can get!! God will provide for our family!! :))

An Eventful Saturday...

Hannah called on Saturday and asked if we wanted to go do something since it was so pretty outside. So we decided to go to the river and play baseball...one for exercise (LOL) and two for Zach to have practice catching and hitting the ball. We played for about an hour before we all just were so tired we couldn't play anymore...it was soooo HOT!! Then since we were hot we decided to go to the creek to cool off. We weren't going to get all the way in but we decided we needed to. LOL We stayed there for about 2 hours just relaxing.

We also made some shirts in honor of Zach playing baseball with his number and his team on them that say "Zach's Mom", "Zach's Dad", "Zach's Aunt", and "Zach's Uncle". I am so proud!! :0)

Vacation...

Oh how I didn't want to come back!! I wanted to stay in Tennessee!! We went to Pigeon Forge, TN the 13th through the 16th. We have had so many incidents that have happened before and since then though...One...we couldn't find any tires for the car the week before we were supposed to go...two...when I went to get my oil changed the guy under the car said something was leaking from my engine, which by the way, turned out to be nothing. We had to wait until Monday morning to get the new tires and didn't get on the road until after 12. We finally got to our hotel at around 9 or so Monday night. We were tired.

On Tuesday we went to Gatlinburg and road the tram up the mountain and did a few more things before we went to the Dixie Stampede that night. Zach got to chase a chicken in the big arena for the SOUTH!! We didn't win though. Zach actually got ahead of his chicken and had to go back to get it!! LOL It was the funniest sight ever! I didn't get to bring my camera though because it wasn't allowed in. :( He was so proud of his metal and his book that he got though.

On Wednesday we went to Dollywood and stayed all day. We had a great time riding all the rides and seeing all the shops and things. We rode one ride that I will never get on again!! Especially if it is below 50 degrees outside!! It was called the River Battle. I was wondering why no one else was riding it and we got right on...should have sent a red flag to my brain then and there...but it didn't...I figured there's no one to battle on the river so I'm safe...well, as we rounded one corner the people on the banks of the "river" started laughing...because they had water cannons that they could shoot at us!! We were totally soaked by the time we got to the end and I was freezing!! There was a family dryer to the side of it that you could get in for $3.00 so I figured we would be ok. HA! We wasted that money...it didn't work too well. I was still wet at 7 p.m. when we left and this happened around 2 or so.

Zach decided that he wanted to ride a roller coaster so we got on the first one that we came to and it wasn't too bad but then we started toward another one and Zach ran ahead of us and all of a sudden he was looking down and I didn't know why...He had thrown up all over himself. His face and arm was covered. We had to go back to find a bathroom and clean him up. It was not good. He had just eaten and he was so excited.

After we did all that we decided to go play putt putt golf. We finally got back to the hotel at 11 p.m. We were pooped. Zach kept telling us that we were the greatest parents that a son could ever have!! He enjoyed all that we did. Mainly because everything that he wanted he got. LOL

Thursday, on our way home, Chris got a call from one of the people that he works with and they told him that they were docking some of the boats that his company has and his boat would be the next one. So Wednesday would probably be his last day working. Well on Friday, one of the supervisors called and told him that his crew change would not be on Monday like it was supposed to be. He would have to call Tuesday and talk to him because he would be gone on Monday or he could call someone else. (We didn't answer the phone because it was an unknown caller) So Chris is going to call Monday to see what is going on. I am trying not to worry about it. But it is a little hard considering all our bills and things. But I know that God will see us through it. :0)

A "Twilight" Weekend...

Ok...so you know TWILIGHT came out this weekend and YES I bought it!! LOL We watched it Saturday night. I'm not too sure if Hannah and Richard liked it as much as I do!! I am soooo ready for NEW MOON!! It is coming out in November...the 20th to be exact. Hannah picks at me because I am a little obsessed. I admit it.

Yesterday, we went to a baby shower for my cousin and his girlfriend. They are having a baby boy. She is kinda obsessed with camo!! The baby's whole nursery is camo. She even had a camo baby shower cake. Never seen one of those!! LOL I got to see my cousin, Cody's new baby girl. She was laughing and cooing at me and Cody took a picture. I thought it was the cutest thing!! I want a baby so badly!! UGH!! Hopefully the time will fly to August when we can start trying again. :0)

Zach has an ear infection again. He is getting too much water in his ear when he takes a bath and washes his hair. So for now we are going to take showers instead of baths until it gets better. He doesn't like that but...he has to.

I am soooo ready for our vacation to Tennesse in April!! I am ready for it to be now!! :))
