- My thoughts are my own....they may not make sense most of the time but here they are.... I have been married for 7 years to my husband and high school sweetheart, Chris. We have one son, Zach that is 6 years old. We want two more children. Life is good!!

My husband and I have been married for 21 years. The ingredients binded together for our happy marriage together have been ~ "LOVE", PRAYERS (for God's will), TRUST, COMMUNICATION, WILLINGNESS TO COMPROMISE, SHARING INTEREST (HOBBIES, desires, etc.), mutual GOALS and values and supportive to one another's feelings and needs are some of the MOST important ingredients in our marriage relationship. Unless they already have children, I would recommend having time to grow as a couple first before planning a family. I am glad the good Lord decided to wait until our 16th year of marriage before our son was born. I am glad we spent time together as a couple first to learn and grow up together in our relationship before having a child. I love our son very much, but those with children understands how challenging it is to find the time alone together as a couple.
