Will things ever get right?

Dad went to the doctor today. They told him that he has to have his liver biopsied (is that a word) next Friday. Oh my!! I just hope that everything gets straight with him soon.

My weekend....

Unfortunately, the weekend does not last long enough!! Friday night we went to get our (me and Hannah) haircut. Then we went to check out the buffet at the Windcreek Casino. It was pretty good....we didn't have a good time though because low and behold behind one of the buffet things was Hannah's ex-husband, the retard. Other than that our time was pretty fair. The line was really long and we stood there for like 45 minutes waiting to get to the front of the line.

Saturday, Hannah and I went to a baby shower for Hannah's sister in law. She is having twins!! That got me thinking about having another baby. I so want to start trying now but I have to wait until at least August or September. UGH!! One of Dad's goats had a baby goat that I want to name Bella, because yes I am obessed with the Twilight books and movie. LOL I don't know what her name will be though.

We watched Saw on Saturday night. It was kind of crazy!! Didn't make a lot of sense to me. It wasn't as scary as the other 4 were. To me at least. :0) Maybe I am just not as scared of those kinds of movies anymore. Who knows?

This morning I got all of Zach's things together. Put a recipe in his bookbag for his teacher and then the pictures of him and Bella (:0)) and his breakfast money and then I forgot to give him his milk money for lunch!! So we had to take it to him and do some more errands in town.

I'm still trying to get the heater fixed...or rather the vents. The guy said that it would be better to have a metal duct put under the house instead of a plastic one or whatever is under there now. He is supposed to call back with a price estimate. I have a feeling I am not going to like what he tells me though. On top of that, our water was left on on the the side of the house outside for God knows how long, I'm thinking about a week or more. I can just imagine what our water bill is going to be like!!! UGH!! And then Dad said that it looked like the septic tank is messing up also!! Will it ever end???!!! I know what we are going to be doing with our income tax money this year, and it won't be the porches that we were wanting to get put up on the front and back of the house!!

Hopefully this week will go better. I am hoping that nothing else goes wrong!!

Failure??!!

Ok, so I am having a pretty bad day. Everytime I look in the mirror I think..."there's nothing different about you, you are still the same fat person you have always been." True? I don't think so, but in my mind I feel like I am failing what I have tried to be doing for the past 4 months. No, I haven't gained any weight but I keep going up and down the same 4 pounds for weeks. I know I should be happy that I have lost 105 pounds but I just keep thinking...if I fail then everyone will know. Everyone will think that I tried to take the easy way out and I FAILED! I'm not giving up or anything, it's just so hard to fight temptations. It seems like food is everywhere!! I am having a pity party tonight...anyone want to come with me?

Anyway!! I picked Zach up from school today because I had to go to town anyway, so I got him a surprise snack. He was so excited. When we got home he wanted to take his Hummer H3 outside because he kept running into things with it inside. So here are some pics of our afternoon! :0)

Crazy!!

I was feeling a little crazy today so I decided, (since I see everyone else do it on myspace...) that I was going to take pictures of myself...you know like from weird angles and stuff. ha! I look soooo retarded!! LOL But here they are....

Then I took a few more...just to try my hand at a little photography...they might look better in black and white...what you think? :0) I LOVE taking pictures!! I just don't always have willing subjects. :0) haha

I was trying to get all of Zach's birthday invites done. I can't believe.....We are having him a small party here with cupcakes on his actual birthday and then one the next day with all his school friends. Who knows how many will actually show up!! But oh well...

He wanted a Bolt party so I have ordered all of the stuff and it came in yesterday. He is so super excited!! I also went ahead and gave him one of his gifts from me and Chris....and I put it up this morning...I was gonna put a pic on here but it seems like my email is running slow and I emailed it from my phone so I will go take another and post it tomorrow. :0)

Missing Chris and other stuff......

On the Saturday before Chris was supposed to leave on Sunday to go back to work his mom had a tree go through her roof so we had to go see if we could help with it. We, unfortunately, didn't get back home till after midnight so our night was ruined and we didn't get to spend any time together like we usually do before he leaves. So, needless to say, I am feeling terrible this week missing him so much!! I usually can busy myself with other things and not think about it too much but it is harder this time and that is the only reason that I can think of that was different.

I love his mom because she is his mom but sometimes she just tries to get between us, whether on purpose or not. I know that she doesn't like me but she just makes it known to him and I feel like if she is like that he might start feeling the same way....although, our relationship is stronger now than it has been in the past, I still wonder. I just have issues with her I guess. I am trying to be better. :0)

Well anyway, onto the weight....I weighed this morning and I have lost another pound. Putting my total lost to 105!! :0) I still weigh more than I want to but I am slowly but surely getting there. I feel so much better about myself and I have started wearing jewelry, earrings and necklaces and such. Some people notice my difference and comment...others just stare. And still others comment about my different hairdo. LOL

Didn't do too much this weekend...we went to the grocery store on Friday and I took Zach on his first trip to the library!! He was so excited!! I made a fool of myself...forgetting to take any money into the library, you have to pay a $1 for the card and I forgot to get cash so I asked if I could write a check for it. She looked at me a little weird and then said yes.

Happy New Year!!

Well this year has been great!! I know, I know, it's only been 4 days but....my hubby came home, we had a great New Year's supper at my aunt's house, me and my hubby went on a "grown up" trip out of town and ate supper and watched a movie. We kinda didn't know what to do with ourselves because we didn't have Zach there to keep interrupting us when we talked. LOL

My new favorite movie is....TWILIGHT!! It was totally awesome and I can't wait to read the books and see the new movie coming out in November 2009!! I know I'm obssessed!! LOL

I have now made it to 100 lbs lost!!! YAAY!! I can't believe it!! I thought that would never come!! Life is great right now!! It will be even better if Chris doesn't loose his job or if he can find a job driving a truck like he wants to. Of course, it has to be a good paying job...not a job paying $300 a week!! That would not be good.
